The retailer makes no claims that the materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the products may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under the Agreement, including but not limited to these Terms & Conditions of Use, shall lie exclusively with the United States Court System and the Terms & Conditions of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Product pricing is subject to change and often does not include shipping or tax. Approved refunds will be made in accordance to the final purchase price (product + shipping + tax).
Bulk order pricing is available upon request.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days from the purchase date. All orders are delivered via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays once shipped. Upon processing, the purchaser will receive email confirmation. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will automatically be sent via email to the purchaser.
All returns must be post marked within 15 days of the date the order was received. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be authorized by the Behind Bars team. Unauthorized returns will be denied at our discretion. Contact us with any questions or to gain return authorization.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund you for your purchase if notified within 15 business days, provided the returned item(s) are received unopened and in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., where applicable.
If you ordered the wrong item, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received unopened, in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance discounted, close-out or non-returnable item. When your return is received and approved, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or a Coupon Code (store credit) for the merchandise cost only. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. Some products may result in a 25% restocking fee – please ask if you are unsure.
